Nicolas Bonin, MD, is an orthopaedic surgeon specialized in Hip Surgery, from Sports Medicine to Total Hip Replacement with anterior minimal invasive approach. He heads the Lyon Ortho Clinic Hip and Sports Medicine Unit. Nationally and Internationally renowned in Hip Arthroscopy and he is sent patients coming from all over France requiring specific expertise.
In total he performs 250 Hip scopes, 350 THR and 30 revision hip surgeries per year.
He is an Active Member of several scientific Medical Societies, being the President of ISHA, the hip preservation society, and Founding Member of EHPA, the European Hip Preservation Associates an ESSKA Section.
He took part and directed Symposiums and Instructional Course Lecture in many national and international meetings and has collaborated on more than 60 original articles, many related to the hip, as well as numerous book chapters.
