Mia Hagen, MD, is an Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine at the University of Washington (UW) in Seattle, Washington. She is a team physician for the Washington Huskies and Associate Program Director for the residency program at UW. Dr. Hagen earned her undergraduate degree at Yale University magna cum laude, then M.D. and residency at UC San Francisco, and fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. She is a 2026 AOSSM-ESSKA traveling fellow and was the 2023 William Harris Foundation Career Development Award winner for the Academic Network of Conservational Hip Outcomes Research (ANCHOR). She is an active member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy Association of North America, International Society for Hip Arthroscopy, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
