Dr. Jason L. Dragoo, MD, Professor & Vice Chair of Academic Affairs at the University of Colorado, holds the Endowed Chair of Regenerative Medicine. He directs the Inverness Sports Medicine and Regenerative Medicine Center and specializes in Sports Medicine. Dr. Dragoo is the Head Team Physician for the Denver Nuggets, an associate Team Physician for the Denver Broncos, and a consultant for the US Ski Team.

He serves on the AANA Board of Directors and chairs the AAOS Devices, Biologics, and Technology Committee. Dr. Dragoo was the first President of the Biologics Association and is active on the AANA Education, Development, and Finance Committees.

His research has advanced biologics in tissue healing, including PRP, autologous growth factors, cartilage regeneration, and second-generation tissue repair methods. He has 6 NIH/DOD grants, 3 textbooks, and over 155 peer-reviewed articles.
